Originally, when our reunion committee organized, our projection was that there would be maybe 25 to 30 members and guests that would be interested in attending. That estimate was in January 2001, but when the word got out about a reunion, the enthusiastic reaction to the news meant that the party plans had to be changed and drastically so.

Bill and Dodie Andrews, who had volunteered to be our hosts, had to find and reserve a facility that would accommodate a much larger crowd; a crowd that had grown suddenly to over 200 Brothers and their wives and guests. It was a monumental project that they handled in a magnificent fashion.

Judging by what every one of those in attendance had to say about the facility, the good food and fine spirits there is no doubt that it made for a memorable day day for all. The afternoon rekindled friendships that were formed over fifty years ago.

Bill, you are indeed our "Brother Hero." And Dodie, you lovely lady, are the greatest.

Everyone thanks you both from the bottom of all our hearts. We will not forget your efforts for our wonderful reunion – ever!
