The Florida School
Financial Report provides financial data on Madison
County elementary, middle, and high schools for
fiscal year 2000-2001. This report provides
information related to the revenues and expenditures
for the specific school for fiscal year 2001-2002.
Section 1 - Revenues
School - Revenues
are not reported by individual school site,
therefore the amount of revenue in each section was
determined by the total expenditures at the school
site by the categories listed. For example Madison
High School, Federal Revenue; $369,464. State/Local
(excludes lottery): $4,640,685, etc.
District and State - This amount was furnished by
The Florida Department of Education.
Section 2 - Operating Costs
All figures in this section were furnished
by the Depatment of Education per the
2000-2001 District Cost Report.

Additional Detail Information
Teacher/Teachers Aide (Salaries/Benefits) -
The information for the school, district and
state section were determined by looking at
each school site expenditures in the
functions 5xxx excluding 55xx, object 520,
691, 692, 643, 644, and all 5xx, using the
General Fund and Special Revenue Funds. The
Library Media Materials section looked at
school site expenditures in the 6200
function, objects 610, 620,, and 690. These
totals are then divided by the schools
2000/2001 UFTE and the district totals are
divided by the total 2000/2001 UFTE.
The state totals for this section were not
available per the Department of Education.
